Rick Paxton is the President/CEO of Magnetic Marketing, Inc. Rick graduated from Appalachian State University in 1995 with a BS in Communications and his first job out of college was in newspaper advertising. Since then, Rick has worked in radio and direct mail then began working for himself in promotional products in the early 2000's. His goal is to ensure that all partners and clients of Magnetic Marketing are well taken care of.

Marlee Castellanos is an Account Executive in the Wilmington and Raleigh markets. She primarily works with businesses with restaurant menus, menu boards and indoor billboards. Marlee graduated from UNC-Wilmington in 2024 with a BA in Integrated Marketing Communication.
